Mariya Cindric

Managing Director and Founder

Mariya Cindric is a specialist in Financial Diagnostics, Cash Flow Management, Fraud Investigation and Prevention, and is unrivalled in her ability to identify and correct accounting discrepancies with speed and precision.

As the Managing Director and Founder of Solution Central, Mariya brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients businesses. With over 16 years experience in the financial industry, Mariya has held positions such as State Finance and Administration Manager, and Accountant with multi-national firms like Colliers Jardine and Thiess, and 2IC of Queensland operations of Air Liquide Healthcare. Each of these roles required Mariya to oversee significant restructures of business processes, including planning and implementation of a significant range of new and improved systems.

Mariya is a mentor on the State Government Mentoring for Growth Panel where she assists enterprises that are in a rapid growth phase by providing advice with commercial challenges. She is also the Treasurer of the Brisbane Basket Brigade, part of the Magic Moments Foundation of Australia who brings hope and Christmas cheer to disadvantaged people. Mariya is currently completing a Bachelor of Business majoring in Management and specialising in Forensics at the Queensland University of Technology.
