2. Can you guarantee confidentiality?

 

Most Definitely! We have a very strict confidentiality and privacy policy at Solution Central, and all our staff members sign comprehensive confidentiality agreements. Any information we are privy to including financial information and figures, systems and procedures, inner workings of your business and intellectual property are kept completely confidential, revealed only to team members on a need to know basis.

3. Do you talk with our Accountant?

We believe that the relationship between you and your accountant is crucial to your business success, and to ensure your accountant has accurate and up to date records, we keep in communication with them. Your accountant can provide your business with invaluable advice in terms of strategic and tax planning, though in order to give you the most effective advice they need to know the true position of your business financials – which is where we come in.

 

4. We don’t have good internal processes, can you make suggestions for improvements? 

 

This is where we come into our own. If there is a better way to do something that will save time and headaches, we will let you know.  We pride ourselves on developing and implementing efficient and effective systems that make our client’s lives easier.  By the time we’re done sorting your internal processes, you’ll wonder why it took you so long to call us!

 

5. Can you do our bookkeeping offsite?

 

We certainly can.  We understand that some businesses just don’t have the space to dedicate to this task.  In saying this though, we almost always see a correlation between messy and incomplete accounts and bookkeepers taking the paperwork and data file away to work on.  This also leads to multiple MYOB or QuickBooks files being used which causes a great concern to the accuracy of financials. 

 

Our preference is to conduct the bookkeeping at your premises where we have access to all supporting documentation, and you have access to people who can provide you with answers. This way we can guarantee complete and accurate accounts for you. 

 

However, we do process some businesses accounts from our office, but where the transactions are standard and we hold the live file on behalf of the client, or we can remotely access the client’s live file.  This is to ensure that there is only ever one version of accounts.
